After four years of being at the forefront of innovative Punjabi cuisine we are now venturing into exceptional regional dishes reflecting the taste of the diverse communities of India. Our 'voyage of discovery' takes you on a gastronomic tour that extends from the Punjab, east to Delhi, south to Goa and through the spice trail of Kerala.
Our executive chef Mohammad Javeed and his team have spent several months researching the traditional cuisines of the sub-continent presenting to you the food from the Bazaars through to the jealously guarded family recipes whilst keeping intact our old house classics.
Our chefs travelto India and Pakistan regularly to check up on any new recipies and dish variations, as Indian food is constantly expanding. I addition we change our menu completely twice a year, except for the customer favourites.The resulting new menus compiled over the past four seasons has been a wonderful challenge for us. We sincerely hope you enjoy it as much as we did creating it.
